Refund policy

 

Online Orders

We will accept return merchandise within 14 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with all its original packaging/tags still intact & with any/all promo items we include with the order.

We offer a refund or exchange service but we can't refund the original postage cost if you have simply changed your mind or the item is the wrong size, so this will be deducted from any refunds other than those due to product failure.

Sale/Discounted items are non-refundable unless defective. Credit will be offered as long as the above return conditions are met.

Any item ordered as a Pre-Order is non-refundable unless it is faulty or the item is significantly delayed (90 days or more). If a Pre-Order item is faulty we will exchange for an identical non faulty item if stock is available or refund.

We can only accept return packages that arrive with our own Return Number. Items returned without a Returns Number will not be accepted at delivery & returned. You may request a return number by mailing us at: shop(at)riprideskateshop.com. Please include your order number from your online invoice for efficient processing and then don’t forget to give a reason for your return.

If returning items to us please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office or Courier and send via recorded/insured mail. This is to give you peace of mind and a proof of postage should your parcel go missing or is damaged in transit. If your return is lost or damaged we will assist but cannot claim for you - this is your responsibility.

If any order is refunded, please allow up to 10 Working Days for process and the funds to reach your account.

In Store Refunds

We offer an exchange or store credit service for items purchased in our shop & returned within 7 days.
