To place your order, select the required item(s) and proceed to the checkout where you can pay by either Debit or Credit Card.
All in stock orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, though If the order is placed before 1pm Monday - Friday we aim to to get your package out that afternoon.
Our free delivery option is sent via Royal Mail/Parcel Force, Fedex, UPS or DPD depending on the size/weight of parcel.
Board/Complete orders are usually sent via DPD Next Working Day - you will receive an e-mail on the day of delivery with a 1 Hour Delivery Time Slot.
Any orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next Working Day. For our carriers T & C's, Delivery times/days please check their respective websites, links of which will be available on your shipping notification e-mail.
Our expedited shipping option is usually sent via DPD or Fedex though we may occasionally use other carriers & are fully tracked & insured.
***Most Boards come with free grip where detailed. Please choose from the available options - when gripping boards we cover the complete top of the board, if you'd like a line cut for the top graphic please use the Notes section of your order to advise - we cannot do custom grip jobs, these are time consuming & best done yourself - gripped boards cannot be returned unless defective****
Free Grip/Stickers or Promo offers are subject to stock availability.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us within 30 days if your package is delayed or considered lost. Anything beyond that period we have no way to claim or search with our couriers. If we are not notified within 30 days of the order date we cannot refund or replace missing goods.
Most of our stock is imported from the USA. We take great care in making sure our listings are correct & complete but there are occasionally sizing/measuring differences for items like flasks, mugs, cups, etc - If you’re not sure about anything please contact us & we’ll do our best to assist.
For those local to our HQ we offer a Customer Collection/Curbside Pickup option. Please only select this option if you intend on collecting - in the event you require your order to be shipped we will hold until any shipping costs are paid for.
Once your order has been prepared we’ll send you an E-mail notification - our collection hours are Mon-Sat 9am - 2pm, though we can make arrangements outside of these hours. Please remember to bring a copy of your order with you.
International orders currently have a basic postage cost added automatically at checkout which should cover the minimum it costs for us to send your order to you - if we do overcharge at all, this will automatically be refunded to you, likewise if the postage cost is significantly more than we charged we reserve the right to hold your order until the excess is paid. If you would like an exact quote, require Registered/Guaranteed post or have a question regarding our international post policy please mail us via the Contact Page with details of items required plus an address so we can work out postage specifically for you.
Most International Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Fedex or UPS. These services offer basic tracking & do not offer full insurance - If your order is over £50 we recommend you choose our European Tracked & Insured Postage option or for the rest of the world contact us for a custom quote.
We cannot be held responsible for Customs Duties/Taxes - these are your responsibility. If an item is returned to us due to unpaid fees we will hold until Return Postage is paid for. If we do agree to refund an order in this situation, this is at our discretion & will be subject to a 20% restocking fee - postage charges are non-refundable.
European orders over £200 ship free, fully tracked & insured.
We will accept return merchandise within 14 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with all its original packaging/tags are still intact - this includes any promo items & stickers we include with the order.
We offer a refund or exchange service but we can't refund the postage cost if you have changed your mind or the item is the wrong size other than those due to product failure. If you return an item that has been sent using a free postage offer, we will recoup our postage costs from the total refunded.
Sale/Discounted items - whether marked down or with the use of a promo discount code - are non-refundable unless defective. Credit will be offered as long as the above return conditions are met.
We can only accept return packages that arrive with our own Return Number. Items returned without a Returns Number will not be accepted at delivery & returned. You may request a return number by mailing us here. Please include your order number from your online invoice for efficient processing and then don’t forget to give a reason for your return.
If returning items to us please obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office and send via recorded mail. This is to give you peace of mind and a proof of postage should your parcel go missing.
If any order is refunded, please allow up to 10 Working Days for process and the funds to reach your account.
Pre-Order is a service that allows you to order a product before its official launch date.
The following conditions apply for pre-orders:
Any item ordered as a Pre-Order is non-refundable unless it is faulty or the item is significantly delayed (60 days or more).
We are given expected delivery dates via our Suppliers & will advise accordingly if there is to be any delay.
If an item is pre-ordered along with a stock item we'll post out the items together once the pre-ordered item has arrived. If you'd like us to ship items individually before the pre-ordered item is in stock please either create a separate order or contact us for assistance.
All orders ship out in either recycled or recyclable packaging. For boards we use individual cardboard board boxes, though occasionally we reuse the boxes our suppliers send out & all our mailer bags & packing tape are made from recycled/recyclable materials.
